A very successful Tellus Border launch was held in Cavan Crystal Hotel on the 4th of July, 2011. Key speakers at the launch included, Minister Pat Rabbitte (Department of Communications, Energy and Natural Resources), Mr. Noel Cornick (Head of Tourism, Telecoms and GSNI Policy Division) and Pat Colgan (Chief Executive of the SEUPB).
